Terms and conditions for owners of apartments at the Key Holder services
1. Registration and Agreement
1.1. The owner of the apartment (hereinafter referred to as the "owner") must complete the registration form and provide all the required information.
1.2. After registration, a contract will be concluded between the owner and the Key Holder Services (hereinafter referred to as the "Key Holder").
1.3. The contract will include terms of cooperation, rights and obligations of both parties, including cancellation terms and liability.
2. Obligations of the owner
2.1. The owner undertakes to provide accurate and truthful information about his apartment, including photos, descriptions, amenities, location and availability.
2.2. The owner must ensure that the apartment is in a condition corresponding to the description, clean and ready for use.
2.3. The owner is obliged to ensure that all listed equipment and services are functional and available during the guests' stay.
2.4. The owner must ensure that the apartment complies with all local regulations and standards regarding safety and hygiene.
3. Reservations and payments
3.1. The Key Holder will manage bookings and payments through its online system.
3.2. The owner will be informed of each booking and must confirm the availability of the apartment.
3.3. Payments will be made by the Key Holder to the owner's account before and during each stay, minus the Key Holder's commission.
4. Commissions and Fees
4.1. The Key Holder charges a commission on each booking. The amount of the commission will be specified in the contract.
4.2. The Key Holder may charge additional fees for the replenishment of necessary necessities for guests (drugstore, welcome drink, etc.), including related trips.
5. Cancellation terms
5.1. Cancellation conditions for guests will be set by the Key Holder and must be accepted by the owner.
5.2. In case of cancellation of the reservation by the guest, cancellation fees will be applied according to the conditions stated on the Key Holder's website.
5.3. The owner does not have the right to unilaterally cancel a confirmed reservation, unless otherwise agreed with the Key Holder.
6. Liability and Insurance
6.1. The owner is responsible for any damage caused in the apartment during the guests' stay.
6.2. It is recommended that the owner has appropriate insurance to cover damage and liability.
6.3. The Key Holder is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages incurred by the owner or guests.
7. Contract duration and termination
7.1. The contract is concluded for a period of one year, unless otherwise stated. By agreement, this contract is extended every year.
7.2. Either party may terminate the contract with written notice within 60 days.
7.3. The Key Holder reserves the right to terminate the contract immediately in case of breach of terms by the owner.
8. Protection of personal data
8.1. The Key Holder will process the personal data of the owner in accordance with the applicable legal regulations on the protection of personal data.
8.2. Personal data will only be used for the purposes of managing reservations and communicating with the owner.
